From the breathtaking Ha Long Bay to the enchanting Hue royal court music and the captivating art of water puppetry, Vietnam’s cultural landscape is both diverse and captivating. Open to participants of all nationalities and locations, this competition offers a unique platform for young painters to showcase their artistic talents.
